The BioJet Cabinet cleans your anilox rolls by blasting with sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3). The BioJet Cabinet blasts the sodium bicarbonate (hardness 2,5 Moh) against the ceramic (hardness 6,5 Moh) anilox roll under a pressure of 2,8-2,3 bar) to remove the pollution form the cells without damaging the ceramic or chrome anilox roll.
The BioJet Cabinet is very suitable for cleaning anilox rolls with a low to medium number of lines per cm (8-240 L/cm).
The BioJet Cabinet cleans your anilox rolls fully automatically. The cleaning process of a roll with a with a line length of 2500mm takes approximately 35 minutes. This depends on the degree of pollution and the rotation speed of the roll. The used abrasive will be extracted and can easily be removed. It can be disposed of together with normal household waste.
