BioJet In-Press cleaning machine

The BioJet method is an eco-friendly method that cleans your anilox rolls quickly and effectively. With the BioJet In-Press you can clean your anilox rolls fully automatically, while they are still installed in the printing press.

How does the BioJet In-Press work

The BioJet In-Press cleans your anilox rolls by means of blasting with sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3). The BioJet Cabinet blasts the sodium bicarbonate (hardness 2,5 Moh) against the ceramic (hardness 6,5 Moh) anilox roll under a pressure of 2,8-2,3 bar) to remove the pollution form the cells without damaging the ceramic or chrome anilox roll.

What is the BioJet In-Press suitable for

The BioJet In-Press is very suitable for cleaning anilox rolls with a low to medium number of lines per cm (8-240 L/cm).

Cleaning anilox rolls with the BioJet In-Press

With the BioJet In-Press you can clean your anilox rolls fully automatically while they are still installed in the printing press. The optional Trolley allows you to clean rolls outside the machine, making you even more flexible.

The cleaning process of a roll with a line length of 2500mm takes approximately 45 minutes. This depends of the degree of pollution and the rotation speed of the roll. There is a brush ring at the front that is put “kiss-touch” at the roll. As a result, the used abrasive can easily be removed. It can be disposed of together with normal household waste.
