The BioJet technique (blasting sodium bicarbonate under low pressure of 2,8 bar) allows us to clean your anilox rolls quickly and effectively, in a eco-friendly way. This method is especially suitable for lines from 10 to 240 l/cm. This method is also very suitable for coating, offset and glue rolls. Before and after cleaning, we will carry out a volume measurement. You will receive an extensive report per roll.
The OptiClean method (heated cleaning agents in combination ‘rubbing’ rolls) we clean deep into the cells. This method is extremely suitable for rolls and sleeves that have severely dried in or have a persistent limescale problem. Before and after cleaning, we will carry out a volume measurement.
